for 3 years, having travelled extensively throughout Queensland with their family of 4
children on holidays have had first hand experience in understanding what is required
for comfortable family accommodation. Cressbrook apartments have been recently fully
renovated and painted and appointed with all the comforts of home.

BOOKINGS
Bookings only confirmed upon receipt of deposit Minimum for longer stays is first 7 days
payment or in full for shorter stays. Cheque deposits will need to be cleared before booking
confirmations. The apartment will be serviced at least once in a 7 day period to allow
for cleaning and linen changes.
KEYS AND REMOTES
Lost keys and garage and gate remotes attract a replacement fee of $100.00.
PETS - No pets unless prior arrangements have been made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 7 days notice of cancellation No refund on deposit 7- 14 days a $20.00 admin fee will
be deducted from deposit before refund |
